Homes, Architecture & Landscaping

Single-Family Homes

Compare detached homes and larger residences by layout, lot size, outdoor space, and renovation history. An established home may offer opportunities to update finishes to your taste.

Townhomes & Condos

Explore options such as Buena Vista Townhomes, La Posada Condos, and Red Hills Condos. Review parking, shared amenities, association fees, and exterior-maintenance responsibilities for each property.

A Southwestern Character

Pueblo-inspired architecture gives parts of the village a distinctive identity. Stucco finishes, desert colors, and varied rooflines sit alongside Mediterranean-influenced designs. Features differ by neighborhood and home.

The Pueblo is primarily a resale-home destination. Compare roof and HVAC condition, windows, plumbing, and any completed improvements alongside the floor plan. Desert landscaping is part of the village’s character, but maintenance needs and irrigation costs depend on the individual property.

Pueblo Park & Outdoor Life

Pueblo Park follows a natural desert arroyo, offering an outdoor setting for a walk, a playground visit, or time at the basketball court. Its paths, natural areas, picnic spaces, and open play areas provide a useful place to get a feel for the neighborhood.

The Pueblo Park Arroyo Trail is listed by the Southern Nevada Health District, with a trailhead at 7663 W. Lake Mead Boulevard. Walk the route from a prospective home to see how crossings, shade, and distance fit your routine.

Before planning organized play or a gathering, check current Summerlin Council rules and reservation requirements. Evaluate the facilities and trail connections you can use today.

Shopping & Everyday Connections

Pueblo Shopping Center is part of the village’s original mix of neighborhood conveniences. Explore the Lake Mead and Rampart area for shopping and dining, then drive your regular routes from each home you are considering.

Convenience is personal: compare grocery trips, work travel, park access, and the services you use most. Tenant selections and business hours change over time.

Schools Near The Pueblo

Richard H. Bryan Elementary School is located in The Pueblo. The Meadows School is a private-school option in the village; it was founded in 1984 and moved to its Summerlin campus in 1988.

Public-school assignments depend on the exact home address and school year. Check the current Clark County School District zoning search for elementary, middle, and high school assignments. A nearby school is not automatically the assigned school, and private-school admission is separate from public-school zoning.
